Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order, as we are unable to make changes after processing begins.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Timeframe
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is expected within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen courier delays.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday). Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly through our courier partner's platform.
Packaging
Every Tomo order is carefully packed to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to protect your purchase throughout transit.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, our courier partner will make an additional attempt. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact our support team to arrange re-delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Return Policy
